Your Impact as Warehouse Supervisor

As a key member of the Operations team, you will:

🔹 Drive Safe and Efficient Operations

• • Ensure safe, compliant, and incident-free warehouse operations
  • Promote and implement DHL's Zero Accident / Safety First culture
  • Monitor operational activities and ensure adherence to SOPs and customer requirements
  • Maintain compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards

🔹 Deliver Operational Performance

• • Achieve operational productivity and efficiency targets
  • Ensure production volume and service level objectives are met
  • Optimize resource utilization to maximize operational effectiveness
  • Monitor day-to-day warehouse activities to ensure smooth execution

🔹 Lead and Develop Teams

• • Supervise and coordinate warehouse team members across assigned operational areas
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members
  • Monitor workforce performance and productivity
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance working environment

🔹 Drive Continuous Improvement

• • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization
  • Support operational excellence initiatives and productivity projects
  • Participate in problem-solving activities and corrective action implementation
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse operation

🔹 Reporting and Stakeholder Management

• • Prepare accurate operational reports and performance updates
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and customers when required
  • Escalate operational issues promptly and recommend solutions
  • Ensure confidentiality of operational and customer information

What We're Looking For

We're seeking an operationally focused leader with strong warehouse experience and excellent people management skills.

✅ Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or a related discipline

✅ Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, supply chain, or contract logistics environments

✅ Previous experience leading or supervising operational teams

✅ Strong understanding of:

• • Warehouse operations and inventory management
  • Health, Safety, Security & Environment (HSSE) requirements
  • Productivity measurement and workforce management
  • Quality and operational compliance standards

✅ Proven ability to achieve operational KPIs and productivity targets

✅ Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

✅ Good communication and stakeholder management abilities

✅ Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced operational environment

✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems is an advantage

✅ Good English communication skills will be an advantage
