Operation Supervisor
Summary
Oversee daily food quality, logistics coordination, and frozen meat deliveries in a cold-storage facility, handling physical tasks and long hours.
- Ensure standards for food quality and preparation
- Co-ordinate with logistics department for timely collection and delivery schedules
- Prepare daily delivery list for frozen meats and others
- Manage all frozen meat delivery and assit to production and others
- Able to Multi-tasks and work under pressure
- Able to handle heavy stuffs like 20 - 30 kg
- Able to work long hours and weekend
QUALIFICATIONS
- Physically fit
- Able to work in cold Environment
- Class 3 Licence (if have is a Plus point)
- Forklift Licence (if have is a Plus point)
