· Mondays to Fridays: inclusive of 30 mins lunchbreak

o From6:00 am to 3:00 pm

o From9:30 am to 6:30 pm

o From12:00 pm to 9:00pm (on needs basis – to support school events, if any)

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and physically fit Operations Support Officer to support the daily operations of the school. The successful candidate will assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and conducive learning environment while providing logistical support for school activities and events.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the smooth and efficient daily operations of the school.

• Maintain the cleanliness of school premises, equipment, and work areas.

• Unlock and lock classrooms, offices, and other school facilities daily.

• Open and close classroom windows, doors, and school gates as required.

• Assist in setting up and dismantling furniture, equipment, and refreshments for school events and activities.

• Prepare and transport logistics, supplies, furniture, and equipment.

• Assist in moving stock and other materials around the school.

• Provide relief coverage for other Operations Support Officers when required.

• Carry out any other operational duties assigned by the Principal, Vice-Principals, Operations Manager, or authorised school personnel.

Requirements

• Minimum Primary School Leaving Examination (PSLE) or equivalent.

• Able to communicate in simple English.

• Physically and mentally fit to perform manual handling and operational duties.

• Experience in cleaning, logistics, facilities support, or school operations is an advantage.

• Responsible, punctual, hardworking, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

• Willing to perform outdoor work and support school events when required.
