Operation Support Officer – MOE Secondary School (Job Reference: OSOSNT-2026-10-001)

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable, proactive, and physically fit Operation Support Officer to support the daily operations of an MOE Secondary School near Yio Chu Kang MRT. You will work closely with the Principal, Vice-Principal, Operations Manager, Administration Manager, and school staff to ensure a safe, clean, and well-organised learning environment

Key Responsibilities

● Maintain the general cleanliness of the school environment and upkeep of school facilities.

● Provide support for routine operational tasks including day-to-day opening/closing of school.

● Carry out logistical support for routine and ad hoc school events and activities, including transporting and arranging furniture and equipment.

● Assist in the school’s safety, security and crisis preparedness activities, ag. arming and disarming of the school alarm system, reporting faults in school premise in a timely manner.

● Any other relevant duties assigned.

Job Requirements:

● Able to communicate in English and work in a team.

● At least 3 years of experience in cleaning duties, logistics-related work or simple administrative duties.

● Physically fit to perform the roles effectively.

● Other relevant skills such as coordinating skills, able to work under tight timelines etc will be an added advantage.

Employment Details

Contract Period: From 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027

Working Hours:

● Mondays to Thursdays: Shift 1 (6:30am to 4:00pm) or Shift 2 (9:00am to 6:30pm), inclusive of 1hr lunch break ● Fridays: Shift 1 (6:30am to 3:30pm) or Shift 2 (9:30am to 6:30pm), inclusive of 1hr lunch break

● Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.
