Operation Support Services

We are looking for Operation Support Services ( 4 Operators ) for Government Project:

SOW:

- Ensure the day to day IT operation is smooth

- Network and systems application monitoring

- Systems backup monitoring

- Provide an excellent IT operations services to meet with the SLA

- Provide technical support to project team

- Provide Service Desk support to end user

- Provide support on system administration and user account management

Requirements:

- Holder of Diploma in IT or equivalent

- 2 years working experience in IT industry , preferably in Data Centre Operation and Support field

- 7x24 shifts required
