Operation System Development Manager

Role and Responsibilities

  • Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.
  • Encourage subordinates in order to achieve the objectives of the project.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Three or more years of project management experience
  • Strong attention to harmonization among stakeholders and deadlines
  • Proven success working in the project
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills and material development skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Professional certification such as PMP or PRINCE2
  • Work experience in the telecom industry.
  • Experience in developing platform or system for the business support. System and experience in coaching team members to strengthen their abilities and skillsets.
