Student Management

• Assist the Disciplineteam in the overall management of the students’ discipline;

• Assist the Disciplineteam to conduct house visits with school personnel and make follow-up calls toparents;

• Manage students underinhouse detention, missing students and meltdown etc;

• Patrol the schoolpremises to ensure student orderlyess including routine traffic and canteenduties; free play areas and out of school (neighbouring blocks andplaygrounds);

• Be involved in casemanagement for students identified as at-risk

• Conduct investigationsas part of case management (e.g. take statement from students) and submitreport;

• Conduct spot-checks onstudents’ general neatness in appearance like attire and hair;

• Assist the Disciplineteam in maintaining student discipline during school functions and activities;

• Supervise / engagestudents with additional needs (SwANs) - selected case support;

• Participate in studentmanagement meetings

• Guide school staff toconduct investigations and manage student incidents/discipline

• Any other ad-hoc dutiesthat work to support the development of at-risk students as assigned by theAuthority.

Qualification:

• Minimally 3 years’experience in enforcement agencies, to provide comprehensive case managementand disciplinary support, via a restorative practice approach;

• Candidate must be ableto work with young students and has the ability to build rapport with them andother school stakeholders;

• Candidates with priorexperience in a primary school environment and student management experiencewill be given preference.

• Display traits such asservice excellence, has a service-oriented attitude, is meticulous with detailsand efficient in meeting work deadlines;

• Basic ICT skills, ableto perform data entries and log case incidents in Microsoft Office.

Contract Period:From 14 Sep 2026 to 31 Dec 2026

Option to Extend: furtherperiod of 1 Year from 1 Jan 2027 to 31 Dec 2027.

Working Hours:

• Mondays to Thursdays:6:45am to 4pm, inclusive of 45 min lunch

break (8.5hrs).

• Fridays: 6:45am to3.30pm, inclusive of 45 min lunch break (8 hrs).
