Operational Assistant Manager

We are a Steelwork Shipyard Sub-Contractor current work site at 80 Tuas South Blvd. We are looking for personnel with relevant SHIPYARD EXPERIENCE only.

Roles and Responsibility:

Vessel Construction Drawings: Read, interpret, and translate complex ship construction drawings, structural drawings into Fabrication Stage. Require to know fabrication/assembly of New Building of Modules etc

Project Management - Ensure work progresses on schedule while maintaining zero compromise on yard safety (HSE) and quality standards

Manpower Management - Able to work with NTS workers and deployment of manpower

Understand the Safety and Regulations of Shipyard

Proven Track Record: Hands-on experience in shipyard operations, ship repair, or heavy marine construction (with at least 3+ years in a supervisory/managerial role).

Blueprint Expertise: Exceptional proficiency in reading and working with marine/construction drawings, GA plans, structural blueprints, and technical specifications.

Professional Maturity: Strong leadership presence with the maturity to command respect, resolve conflicts, and guide diverse multi-disciplinary teams.

Technical Background: Significant practical experience in heavy fabrication.
