Operational Catering Specialist

Oversee in-house aircraft catering at Breeze Airways' Norfolk base, ensuring timely inventory orders, compliance with specifications, and team training for an exceptional guest experience.

This position will support an in-source catering base for Breeze airways. They will report to the Supervisor of Catering Logistics.
***This is a Part Time position***
Here's what you'll do
- Order all product inventory for Norfolk base.
- Ensure all Norfolk base aircraft are catered to pack out specifications and outfitted with the proper tools for an exceptional Inflight guest experience.
- Ensure all Norfolk base aircraft are catered in a timely fashion including IROP situations.
- Provide training to Breeze Team Members on how to best represent our Breeze brand and successfully cater an aircraft.
- Adhere to established standards in conjunction with Breeze Aviation Group Values of Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence

Minimum Qualifications
- Outstanding and positive leadership skills, demonstrating the ability to be extremely organized.
- Strong Organizational Skills
- Demonstrated independent, mature judgment.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Self-starter must have a positive attitude and strong desire for success.
- Complete projects on time with minimal supervision, ability to work varied hours when necessary to meet deadlines.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a SIDA badge in accordance with TSA requirements
