Key Responsibilities
- Lead and enhance management systems and governance frameworks.
- Drive process optimisation and operational excellence initiatives.
- Partner with stakeholders to improve workflow efficiency and business performance.
- Coordinate internal audits, compliance activities, and improvement programs.
- Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for standardisation and automation.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement through Lean and best practices.
Requirements
- Experience in Business Excellence, Operational Excellence, Quality Systems, or Process Improvement.
- Familiarity with ISO management systems and auditing practices.
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading cross-functional improvement projects.
- Lean Six Sigma or related certifications are advantageous.
