Operational Excellence Manager

You will lead end-to-end improvement work by mapping processes, measuring costs, designing changes, driving adoption, and validating results. You will apply improvement methods, evaluate automation and AI solutions, establish lasting practices, influence stakeholders, and use data to prioritize and measure change.

Responsibilities

• Apply process-improvement methods and frameworks
• Map processes and quantify their costs
• Design, implement, and validate operational changes
• Evaluate automation, AI, redesign, or process elimination options
• Document methods and embed sustainable improvements
• Influence stakeholders across technology, product, risk, commercial, and operations
• Measure problems and improvement outcomes
