Summary
Oversee project operations, procurement, and team tasks while ensuring compliance and asset protection for a Singapore-based engineering firm.
Preparing a Quotation, job plan and budget sheet, invoicing and compliant with all document requirements as per HSM Internal systems.
Supervise subordinates to ensure work is completed on schedule and up to a satisfactory level. Preparation of repair reports whenever they are required and safeguard the company's assets and interests.
You shall also faithfully act, discharge and perform your work in strict accordance with your scope of work.
You shall also perform your work in the field of business development.
Oversee project procurement management.
Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
