What you’ll be doing
- Deliver and support regulator data requests, ensuring accuracy, quality and timely outcomes while meeting compliance standards
- Analyse and interpret complex datasets using tools such as SQL to generate insights and inform business decisions
- Contribute to strategic initiatives by documenting business requirements, supporting project delivery and aligning with operational priorities
- Identify and lead continuous improvement opportunities to enhance processes, controls and overall performance
- Collaborate across teams to solve problems, influence stakeholders and maintain strong working relationships
- Develop clear and insightful reporting for governance forums, including recommendations and measurable outcomes
- Ensure adherence to regulatory, risk and governance frameworks, maintaining a strong focus on data integrity and controls
What you’ll bring
- Experience analysing and interpreting complex data, ideally within financial services or superannuation
- Knowledge of the superannuation industry, with exposure to insurance considered advantageous
- Background in business analysis with the ability to work across data, stakeholders and delivery teams
- Familiarity with data tools such as SQL and strong attention to detail
- Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively
