Operational Intelligence Analyst Team Lead

Paragon is a fast-growing cyber intelligence company that is rapidly establishing itself as a key player in the industry. It’s a young, innovative company with a cutting-edge product based in Tel Aviv.

We are looking for an Operational Intelligence Analyst Team Lead who will be a member of the Business Operations group. The Operational Intelligence Analyst Team is responsible for delivering intelligence that strengthens the company’s operational infrastructure.

This role involves leading intelligence-driven strategies, ensuring the quality and accuracy of outputs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams on special projects. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical expertise with leadership capabilities to guide a team in transforming intelligence into actionable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of operational intelligence analysts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Ensure the team delivers high-quality, actionable insights by maintaining rigorous processes:

1. Initiating, managing, and executing research projects end-to-end, while taking full ownership of the process from identifying internal operational needs to producing meaningful outcomes.
2. Defining research methodologies that support deep, structured investigation and enable the generation of accurate, actionable insights.
3. Working across varied technological and intelligence domains, engaging with multidisciplinary environments and conducting research that touches diverse operational contexts.
4. Conducting deep-dive investigations with practical, real-world impact.
5. Operating in a hands-on, fast-paced environment that requires strong attention to detail, independent thinking, and a creative approach to solving complex problems

Requirements

• At least 6 years of proven experience in managing teams in a professional environment.
• Deep, hands-on expertise in OSINT / WebInt methodologies across diverse environments.
• Solid familiarity with the cyber and networking ecosystem.
• Strong technological orientation and comfort working with advanced tools and platforms.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to convey complex information effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Fluency in English- a must.
