Job Description:
We are looking for someone who can help us improve our services and customer satisfaction by carrying out administrative and operational tasks. You could be part of our team. What will your day-to-day look like?
- You will support a variety of administrative tasks that arise on a daily basis at your work location.
- Data entry.
- You will work closely with your colleagues to help achieve the company’s objectives.
- Customer service, as well as receiving and/or handing over shipments.
- In short, you are proactive and organized! You know how to make a difference in your area of responsibility.

What do we expect from you?
- Required qualification: Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO). A High School Diploma, Vocational Training qualification (Intermediate or Advanced Level), or a university degree (completed or currently in progress) will be considered an asset.
- A proactive attitude and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in direct customer service.
- English language skills will be considered an asset.
- User-level computer skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an asset.
- Availability to work the following schedule: 16:15 – 21:00.
