Operations Analyst and Project Lead

This role combines program management, operational analysis, and client onboarding in a dynamic, service-oriented environment.
You will lead organizational initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring milestones, budgets, and outcomes remain on track.
At the same time, you will guide new clients through orientation and training, creating a smooth and engaging onboarding experience.
The position requires close collaboration with internal teams, leadership, and external partners to deliver successful programs and strong client outcomes.
You will use data and reporting to monitor performance, identify challenges, and uncover opportunities for continuous improvement.
Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail will be essential as you manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Accountabilities:
- Plan, develop, implement, and oversee organizational programs and initiatives, ensuring objectives, milestones, and deadlines are clearly defined and achieved.
- Monitor program progress and performance, identify risks or delays, and coordinate timely solutions to keep initiatives on track.
- Collaborate with team members, managers, stakeholders, and external partners to support successful program delivery and positive client experiences.
- Track program budgets, monitor expenses, and support cost-effective management of projects and initiatives.
- Prepare and present regular reports covering program status, performance, outcomes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Lead orientation sessions and coordinate training for new clients, introducing them to relevant services, policies, procedures, and processes.
- Create and maintain comprehensive onboarding resources, including checklists, training materials, guides, and client documentation.
- Provide ongoing support to newly onboarded clients, responding to questions, resolving concerns, and helping ensure successful adoption.
- Collect and analyze client feedback to identify improvements that can strengthen the onboarding experience and overall program effectiveness.
- Leverage Microsoft Excel and other technology solutions to track program metrics, analyze onboarding information, and support operational decision-making.
- Balance multiple concurrent responsibilities while maintaining accuracy, clear communication, and consistent delivery against target dates.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Approximately 2 years of experience working with FACTS operating systems.
- Experience with CRM software is preferred.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel, including formulas, charts, and PivotTables.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, coordinate, monitor, and deliver initiatives from beginning to completion.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence working across internal teams, leadership, clients, and external partners.
- Excellent critical-thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to accuracy and follow-through.
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing priorities, and work effectively with limited supervision.
- Comfortable working independently while also contributing effectively within collaborative teams.
- Familiarity with AI, technology solutions, or technology-enabled business processes is valuable.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining high-quality work and meeting deadlines.
- Annual salary range of $50,000 – $52,000.
