The Job

• Perform audit confirmation activities – setup of new auditors, creation of customers’ instructions in system
• Perform loan processing & servicing such as, loan creation, disbursement, repayment, repricing, redemption, fee collection, etc
• Liaise with BU/SU on loan / audit confirmation processing matters.
• Perform ad-hoc and day-end reconciliations
• Adhere to performance standards in processing turnaround time and accuracy requirement

The Talent

• Diploma or Degree in Banking & Finance, Business, Accountancy, Finance or a related discipline.
• Candidates with relevant internship or foundational experience in banking, financial services, loan operations or operations processing are welcome to apply.
• Good numerical aptitude with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable working with systems and handling transactional and processing activities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with different internal stakeholders.
• Able to work in a structured, process-driven environment and meet established turnaround times.
• Responsible, meticulous and comfortable handling routine operational tasks while maintaining accuracy.
