Job Description:
This role is responsible for analysing day-to-day operational issues, conducting research, and providing effective resolutions to support business performance and operational excellence. The position involves monitoring processes, performing data analysis, producing reports, managing exceptions, and identifying trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. Working closely with stakeholders, the successful candidate will support the implementation of products, services, and operational solutions while ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse and resolve operational issues, identifying root causes and recommending improvements.
- Support the implementation, testing, and monitoring of products, services, and processes.
- Produce and maintain operational reports, metrics, and management information.
- Monitor data, identify trends, exceptions, and control gaps, and escalate issues where required.
- Provide guidance on procedural, technical, and operational changes.
- Build effective relationships with stakeholders and business partners.
- Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Utilise Microsoft Excel to analyse data, identify trends, perform reconciliations, and produce meaningful management reporting.
