Operations Analyst – Trade Settlement ( Back office)

Role Overview

The Operations Analyst will support post-trade processing activities, ensuring timely and accurate settlement of trades.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end trade settlement across Equities and Fixed Income products
• Perform trade confirmations and resolve settlement discrepancies
• Investigate and resolve failed trades and breaks
• Liaise with custodians, brokers, and internal stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to operational controls and procedures
• Support process improvement and automation initiatives

Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in operations or trade support
• Knowledge of trade lifecycle and settlement processes
• Familiarity with SWIFT messaging and custodial platforms
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
