The Role

  • Be an operational focal point to employees as needed
  • Oversee day-to-day office management and provide high quality workspace experience
  • Communicate and manage vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Design and execute annual EX programs, holiday gifts, and team-building events aligned with company goals and culture
  • Own onboarding and offboarding, including office setup, IT equipment, swag, and compliance processes
  • Organize Company and Board meetings.



Requirements

  • 3-5 years of proven experience as an Operations & Employee Experience or a similar role in a startup/tech company
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hebrew, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • A strong sense of ownership, initiative, and accountability - you get things done without needing to be asked
  • Willingness to support high-priority needs outside of standard business hours when necessary
