Responsibilities

  • Vehicle Health Monitoring - Daily checks on fleet condition (roadworthiness, maintenance, defects); log findings for driver/subcontractor follow-up.
  • Vehicle Fines Management - Track incoming fines (speeding, parking, ERP), verify against driver/vehicle records, and coordinate follow-up or disputes.
  • Ops On-Time Rate (OTR) Monitoring - Track daily OTR across delivery/installation routes; flag routes trending below target.
  • Job Sequence Compliance - Check drivers are following assigned job/delivery sequence; identify and log deviations.
  • Delay Job Follow-Up - Monitor at-risk/delayed jobs, follow up with drivers/dispatch, and track through to closure.
  • Daily Reporting - Submit a daily report on vehicle health, fines, OTR, sequence compliance, and delay follow-ups, with clear action items.
  • Explore and pilot AI tools to speed up monitoring and reporting (e.g. automating data pulls, flagging anomalies, drafting reports); share recommendations with the team.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets); familiarity with dashboards or tracking tools a plus.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, comfortable following up on outstanding items until closed.
  • Good communication skills — daily coordination with drivers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
