Having decades of experience in the painting and decorating industry, they focus on external/internal painting, wallpapering, venetian plastering, decorative feature walls, plaster repairs, metal roofs, water damage repairs, office fit outs, tilt up panels, repaints, body corporate, real estate and graffiti removal.

Over the years, they have increased their market share, setting themselves up for another outstanding year of business and are now seeking to employ an Operations and Scheduling Manager to join their young and dynamic team of enthusiastic employees.
The Position…
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be active in the scheduling and planning of the company's workforce and job management. You will be required to lead a team of
supervisors and ensure projects are scheduled and delivered in accordance with
quality and safety standards whilst achieving financial outcomes. Part of the
role includes managing the scheduling of all projects, working closely with
Supervisors and Sales to ensure each tradesperson is applied to the right job,
and the production requirements are met. Managing and understanding project
budgets. Dealing with customer before and after each job/project and finalising
each project on completion. You will also
be involved with the planning, coordinating, and ensuring that exiting systems
and procedures are followed.
The Ideal Candidate…
The ideal candidate will :
- Have proven experience in the building/construction industry.
- Must demonstrate strong time management, organisational
and prioritising skills.
- Must have some computer skills knowledge and be
able to work with existing programs.
- Have experience managing project budgets.
- Be self-motivated and results driven, with proven leadership ability.
- Possess strong customer and supplier engagement skills.
- Have well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be able to work within a team, problem solving
and working on business building solutions.
