About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Operations Assistant to support the day-to-day warehouse operations for our brands. This role involves handling stock management, order fulfillment, quality checks, and ensuring smooth logistics processes to meet customer demands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily warehouse operations including receiving, unpacking, and organizing K-Beauty products
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards
- Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records
- Inspect products for quality and ensure items are properly labeled and stored
- Coordinate with suppliers and delivery partners to ensure timely deliveries and shipments
- Assist in restocking shelves and replenishing inventory in the warehouse
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area
- Support administrative tasks related to operations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations roles preferred
- Knowledge or interest in Beauty products is an advantage
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Physically fit to handle warehouse duties, including lifting boxes
- Basic computer skills for inventory and order management
