Operations Assistant
Job Summary
The Operations Assistant shall serve as a representative of and provide administrative support for the Chief Operations Officer and Behavioral Health Director. This position will also provide administrative support to operations leaders and projects.

- Administrative Functions
- Provide clerical and schedule management support for assigned operations leaders to include, but not limited to: tracking due dates, meeting minutes, outlook scheduling, and staff scheduling entry.
- Assist with taking patient complaints.
- Update and maintain signage.
- Provide back up to the administrative assistant team.
- Ad hoc reporting.
- Draft professional letters under the direction of assigned leaders.
- Assist with event organization.
- Coordinate Meetings
- Coordinate assigned meetings, including scheduling, attendance, agenda preparation, minutes and ordering refreshments and/or meals as needed
- Program Support
- Completes program audits and tracking reports as needed.
- Acts as point of contact for assigned projects.

- Run ad hoc reports as requested

- Participate in internal committees or special projects.
- Contribute to internal communications or newsletters.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Experience may substitute for education
Certification/Licensure:
- Operations Administrative Asst I, II: Administrative Professional Certification preferred.
Experience:
- Operations Administrative Asst I: One years experience in an administrative capacity. One year experience taking meeting minutes
Language Skills:
- English fluency required

Holidays are based on an 8-hour day. Providers will receive a holiday pool of 64 hours as a 1.0 FTE at the beginning of each calendar year. Holiday pool hours must be used by December 31 of each calendar year; unused holiday pool hours will be forfeited. If an employee starts after the calendar year has begun, holiday hours will be prorated based on remaining holidays in the calendar year. |

Compensation:
$21.06 - $28.43/hourly (Based on experience)
