Operations Assistant

Requirements:

Must be computer literate

Good Communication skills (verbal & written)

Negotiator / Market researcher and pricing analysis

Responsibilities:

• Analyzes market prices and data.
• Recommend pricing strategies.
• Meet with different Origin or carrier when necessary to discuss better rates and new developments.
• Develop and customize solutions to meet the client requirements. In addition, must advise clients if there are any global market impacts.
• Maintain and update the pricing database with all current market rates & contact information.
• Complete Quotations and RFQ’s on a timely basis.
• Provides effective communication with client on all requests.
• Provide support to the team with relative information when necessary.
