Key Responsibilities
Assist with daily operational and administrative activities.
Coordinate deliveries, collections, and transportation of goods or materials.
Drive client vehicles as required for operational tasks.
Support inventory management.
Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal departments to ensure efficient workflow.
Prepare and maintain operational records and documentation.
Assist with scheduling, logistics coordination, and general office support.
Ensure compliance with company safety and operational procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence.
Minimum GCE 'N' Level, GCE 'O' Level, ITE, or equivalent qualification.
Prior experience in operations, logistics, warehouse, or administrative support is an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Physically fit and willing to perform hands-on operational tasks when required.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented.
