Be the Heartbeat of a Thriving Community Mall
At Everclean, we don't just manage facilities — we create environments where people feel proud to shop, work, and gather. We are seeking a driven, hands-on, and people-first Assistant Site Manager to join our team at one of Burnaby's most vibrant and high-profile retail destinations. This is your opportunity to lead from the front, make a visible difference every day, and grow your career in a company that invests in its people.
If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love leading diverse teams, and take pride in operational excellence, Everclean wants to hear from you.
What You'll Do
As our Assistant Site Manager, you will be a key pillar in the day-to-day success of the site. You will partner closely with the Site Manager to oversee all cleaning and facility operations, ensuring the highest standards of service are maintained across this busy retail community hub.
Your core responsibilities will include:

Leading, motivating, and developing a diverse team of service staff to consistently deliver outstanding results
Coordinating daily operations across day and night shifts, adapting to the dynamic needs of a high-traffic retail environment
Training team members in accordance with Everclean's established standard operating procedures, and championing their continuous growth and development
Managing supplies and inventory — from ordering and auditing to maintaining equipment — to keep operations running seamlessly
Performing hands-on work alongside your team when operational needs require it — you lead by example
Identifying and resolving operational issues quickly and efficiently, maintaining awareness of the site's business relationships and community expectations
Delivering accurate operational reporting using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

What You Bring
We're looking for someone who combines practical, roll-up-your-sleeves energy with the strategic mindset of a leader.
Required Qualifications:

Valid BC driver's licence
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Flexible availability, including day and night shifts and weekends based on operational requirements
Willingness and ability to perform hands-on operational work as site needs demand
Outstanding problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and a keen awareness of Everclean's business environment and community relationships
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a diverse service team
Proven experience managing supplies and inventory, including ordering, auditing, and equipment maintenance
Experience training staff to standard operating procedures and driving continuous improvement

Why Everclean?
