You will be part of the Billing Operations team that is responsible for maximizing revenue for Counsyl. This team is integral to Counsyl’s success as almost every dollar that flows into the Company does so through this team. Billing Ops operates on a custom-built, Valley-inspired platform that facilitates automation and efficiency. This team works with engineers to constantly improve processes and workflows while maintaining steady revenue streams. The result is an innovative, highly scalable billing platform and fun collaborative team environment.
About you
Bachelor’s degree from from a competitive school
Problem solver: strong analytical skills and ability to make timely decisions in a fast-paced environment
Effective communicator: excellent communication skills with the ability to present information in a clear, concise manner
Tech savvy and knowledge of Google Apps-- you’d consider it funny that someone would even ask (doesn't everyone know Google Docs?)
Outgoing individual who loves working with people
1-3 years of work experience post college

Manage, cross-check, record, and update data from a variety of sources
