Operations Associate ( OBS)
JOB PURPOSE/OVERVIEW/SUMMARY:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Associate - Operations (OBS) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience in operations, with a strong focus on product research, cataloging, inventory coordination, and email marketing support. This role requires excellent coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively across different teams.
KEY DELIVERABLES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
Product Research & Catalog Preparation
Conduct research and prepare product catalogs for onboarding new items to the store.
Finalize product pricing and update catalog information accordingly.
Design Coordination
Collaborate with the Design Team for product mock up development.
Review and finalize product creatives before publishing on the store.
Product Data Management
Generate SKU codes and update product details for all website listings.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all product data on the store backend.
Monthly Event & Offer Planning
Plan and align the monthly event calendar with international events and store-specific promotions.
Coordinate with clients to get approvals for monthly event calendars and weekly promotional offers before publishing.
Promotional Offers & Vendor Research
Research and suggest new promotional offers in alignment with the Marketing and Operations teams.
Identify and evaluate potential vendors and product options in collaboration with the Catalog Team.
Client Email Campaigns
Design email content formats for promotions, offers, and new arrivals.
Schedule and send weekly promotional emails to store clients.
Inventory & Website Maintenance
Conduct weekly stock reviews and work with internal stakeholders to update website listings accordingly.
Collaborate with the Tech Team to ensure seamless and updated store website operations.
Requirements
REQUISITE CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in operations, vendor management, or a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency.
Familiarity with product development processes is a plus.
