Operations Asst Manager

Property Operations
Oversee the daily operations and condition of all Einstein Living properties.

Conduct regular property inspections to ensure units, rooms and common areas are maintained to the required standards.

Coordinate preparation of rooms and apartments before new tenants move in.Ensure properties are properly maintained, presentable and ready for tenant occupancy.

Cleaning & Laundry Operations
Supervise and coordinate the company's team of cleaners.

Prepare and manage cleaning schedules for all properties.

Ensure proper cleaning of bedrooms, common areas, kitchens and bathrooms.

Maintenance & Contractors
Attend to maintenance issues reported by tenants.

Liaise with contractors, technicians and service providers for repair and maintenance works.Coordinate air-conditioning servicing, plumbing, electrical works, furniture repairs and other property maintenance.Obtain quotations where required and coordinate contractors' access to properties.Follow up on outstanding repair works and ensure problems are properly resolved.Keep records of maintenance works and expenses.

Tenant Viewings & Occupancy
Assist prospective tenants with property and room viewings.

Explain the facilities, accommodation arrangements and services provided by Einstein Living.Coordinate viewing appointments with prospective tenants and the leasing/sales team.

Assist with tenant move-ins and move-outs.

Conduct room handover and condition checks where required.

Other Administrative duties

Admin duties will be assigned from time to time apart from those in relations to the above.

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. No prior property or co-living experience is required; training will be provided. Able and willing to travel between different properties within Singapore.Comfortable working in a hands-on operational environment. Able to communicate effectively with tenants, cleaners, contractors and colleagues. Basic computer and administrative skills. Able to multi-tasks and manage properties concurrently.
