About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Operations & Brand Coordinator to manage customer experience, coordinate orders and deliveries, and drive consistent brand growth through content, visibility, and structured operations. This is a hybrid role requiring excellent administrative skills, attention to detail, and creativity in content creation. The ideal candidate will seamlessly balance Brand Coordinator responsibilities with social media strategy to ensure consistent growth of the brand's social media pages.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Coordination
Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the brand
Confirm orders and maintain a daily order log (accurate and updated in real-time)
Schedule deliveries with delivery partners and track
