Operations Controller
If you're passionate about turning financial insights into operational results, this is an opportunity to make a real impact.
As our Operations Controller, you'll be a key member of our Operations Management Team in Wisconsin, partnering with leaders across our Wisconsin plants to provide the financial insights, performance analysis, and strategic guidance that help drive operational excellence and business performance.
In this role, you'll work closely with site leadership, our Operations Director, and a global network of Operations Controllers across FrieslandCampina's ingredient sites, including regular collaboration with colleagues in the Netherlands. It's an exciting opportunity to combine hands-on operational finance with strategic influence while helping shape the future of a growing manufacturing operation.
What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone who enjoys digging into the numbers, asking questions, and turning financial insights into meaningful business decisions. You'll be successful in this role if you bring a combination of strong financial expertise, business curiosity, and the ability to build trusted partnerships across the organization.
Experience & Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
Three + years of experience in finance, controlling, or accounting within a manufacturing environment.
Financial & Technical Expertise
You're comfortable analyzing complex data and using it to tell the story behind the numbers. Ideally, you'll have experience with:
Financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and standard costing.
Financial modeling and scenario planning.
SAP, HFM, Power BI (or similar business intelligence tools), and Microsoft Office.
Turning data into actionable insights that support sound business decisions.
What Makes You Successful
The right person for this role is more than just technically strong: you build relationships, challenge the status quo, and enjoy helping the business succeed. You:
Communicate confidently and build credibility with leaders at all levels.
Take initiative, think proactively, and continuously look for ways to improve processes.
Balance attention to detail with the ability to see the bigger business picture.
Stay organized, manage competing priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Work well independently while also collaborating across teams and functions.
