The Operations Coordinator serves a vital role in supporting the mission of the school through the faithful stewardship of student records, business operations, financial processes, and administrative systems.

Essential Responsibilities
Registrar & Student Records
- Maintain accurate and confidential student academic records.
- Manage student information systems and maintain data accuracy across school platforms.
- Process transcript requests, records transfers, graduation records, and other academic documentation.
- Assist administration with student scheduling, enrollment reporting, and academic record management.
- Ensure compliance with applicable reporting requirements, accreditation standards, and authorizer requirements.
Business Operations & Finance
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Coordinate tuition management systems.
- Maintain vendor contracts.
- Prepare reports and documentation as needed.
- Maintain records related to background checks, personnel files, incident reporting, and other compliance requirements.
Administrative Support
- Provide excellent customer service to students, parents, faculty, and visitors.
- Participate in school events and activities as appropriate.
- Support the mission, values, and Christian character of the school in all interactions with students, parents, and staff.
Qualifications and Expectations

- Demonstrate proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, student information systems, financial software, and office technology.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business, administration, accounting, education, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in school administration, student records management, bookkeeping, business operations, or related fields preferred.
- Familiarity with classical Christian education, or a willingness to learn and embrace its philosophy, strongly preferred.
