Operations Coordinator (Air Freight Export) [EL]

Coordinate daily air export shipments from booking to departure.

Arrange cargo collection, consolidation, palletisation, and warehouse handling.

Prepare and check shipping documents, including MAWB, HAWB, commercial invoices, packing lists, and export permits.

Liaise with airlines, ground handling agents, transport providers, customers, and overseas offices.

Monitor shipment progress and ensure timely departures.

Handle shipment issues and provide regular updates to customers.

Respond to customer enquiries and ensure service requirements and KPIs are met.

Maintain good relationships with customers and business partners.

Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
