Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, including assets maintenance, project deployment and to be Asiaray’s qualified person in charge for any activities at stations.
- Managing Content management system for digital assets include uploading content and campaign setup.
- Assisting sales on providing Asset specification detail, costing, Line art and timeline for client include liaising and coordinating with client on Creative, Final Artwork (FA), colour proving, copy rotation and proof of display (POD)
- Liaising and coordinating with SMRT and LTA for necessary approval and application such as PTW, WAH permit etc.
- Competency in applying and maintaining relevant registration with SMRT and/or LTA (e.g. SPIC) for the performance of daily operative work.
- Respond to client queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Responsible for checking and reporting any faulty or non-working company media assets
- Provide full spectrum of administrative support to Operations team
- Regular report compilation in timely and accurate manner
- Assist in ad-hoc projects/ duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 5 years or above experience in project management/operations capacity
- Significant knowledge of media industry and digital environment will be advantage
- Proactive, independent, and self-motivated with positive attitude
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with capability to communicate effectively with internal / external parties
- Be a problem solver with analytical mind
- Well organized, able to multitask and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word and PowerPoint
