Ensure timely submission of administrative and commercial reports to the Operations Supervisor.
Timely compliance with company and client directives (principal-initiated projects).
Promote the clients' products or services in a professional but customer-friendly manner
Train all front-liners in client product knowledge and product promotion skills
Compliance with agreed client KPIs
Consolidate and present team performance to company stakeholders, clients, representatives, and the whole team
Align with the Operations Supervisor in developing the monthly Coverage
Plan concerning the objective of the team and the priorities of the client
Monitor and safeguard all the equipment issued to all company personnel, clients, representatives, and retail outlet
