Position: Operations coordinator/executive

Salary: SGD $ 2,000 – SGD 3,200
Eligibility: Open to Locals and PR.
Job Purpose:
To coordinate daily shipping and logistics operations, ensuring smooth import and export activities, accurate documentation, timely deliveries and effective communication with customers, freight forwarders and suppliers.
🌟 Key Responsibilities
● Prepare and process shipping documentation, including Import/Export, Letter of Credit (LC), Bill of Lading (BL), and Free Trade Agreement (FTA) documents.
● Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders, transporters, and shipping lines to ensure smooth and on-time delivery.
● Provide responsive customer support regarding shipment enquiries, shipping options, schedules, and regulatory compliance.
● Arrange freight bookings and manage shipment scheduling aligned with company requirements.
● Address and resolve customer enquiries, feedback, or complaints promptly and professionally.
● Dispatch shipping documents to clients, overseas agents, and logistics partners accurately and within designated timelines.
● Build and maintain strong professional relationships with agents, shipping lines, and logistics vendors.
● Monitor prevailing freight and shipping rates and conduct basic operational cost analysis.
● Support coordination with overseas agents and assist in developing and onboarding new accounts.
● Cultivate strong working relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business and long-term growth.
🔑 What We’re Looking For
● Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent educational qualification.
● Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in shipping, logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations.
● Hands-on experience in shipping documentation or logistics coordination is an added advantage.
● Good understanding of import/export customs procedures and shipping documentation preferred.
● Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
● Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
