Operations Coordinator for a Healthcare Provider in the UK (Home Based Part Time)
• Ops coordination: liaising between the client and the internal team of doctors
• Rota management via Connecteam (universal rota/workforce management app) — allocating doctors to different work queues, backlogs, and platforms based on client requirements
• Guiding/directing doctors to specific queues as client needs come in (e.g., "work on this queue," "work on this backlog spreadsheet")
• General client communication and creation of rotas
Internal phone communication only — ringing doctors if they don't respond on Connecteam for urgent matters (no external/customer-facing calls)
