Operations Coordinator – Home Services

Operations Coordinator – Home Services:
- Our client is looking for an organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to manage daily operations for a home services business, including client bookings, cleaner scheduling, contractor onboarding, billing, and payouts.
- The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple systems, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Manage bookings, scheduling, dispatch, cancellations, and same-day changes.
- Communicate with clients and cleaners, resolve issues, and coordinate follow-ups.
- Manage cleaner onboarding, documentation, and contractor compliance.
- Monitor payments, reconcile transactions, and coordinate weekly contractor payouts.
- Maintain accurate records across CRM, scheduling, and accounting systems.
- Prepare weekly operations reports, monitor automations, and improve SOPs.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in operations, scheduling, or administrative coordination.
- Home services experience preferred; strong administrative experience in other industries will be considered.
- CRM experience; GoHighLevel is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with Stripe and QuickBooks Online.
- Strong written English, organization, and follow-through.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable internet and availability during Eastern Time business hours.
- Preferred: Experience with ScheduleDrop, Zapier, Slack, contractor compliance, or hospitality.
