Operations Coordinator
We're Hiring: Executive Assistant & Operations Coordinator (Remote)
We're looking for a proactive, organised and detail-oriented Executive Assistant & Operations Coordinator to become the right hand of the business owner and support the day-to-day operations of a growing UK-based property business.
This is a long-term opportunity for someone who enjoys organisation, problem-solving and working in a fast-paced environment. You'll play an important role in keeping the business running smoothly while gaining hands-on experience in operations and international business.
👉 No previous property management experience is required — full training will be provided.
👉 You'll work directly with the business owner and have a real impact on the business.
What you'll do:
Manage the business owner's calendar, meetings and priorities.
Handle business correspondence and communicate with tenants, contractors and partners.
Coordinate property viewings with UK-based letting agents.
Prepare, organise and maintain business documentation.
Conduct online research and source suppliers or business information.
Track deadlines, renewals, certificates and operational tasks.
Coordinate maintenance works and communicate with contractors.
Maintain simple financial records and process payroll using accounting software.
Assist with recruitment and coordination of operational staff when required.
Support day-to-day business operations and complete ad-hoc administrative tasks as the business grows.
Who we're looking for:
Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, Operations Assistant or Project Coordinator is strongly preferred.
English level B2+ (written and spoken).
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks.
Comfortable managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Positive, proactive and reliable attitude.
Quick learner with a willingness to take ownership.
Confident user of Google Workspace, Microsoft Office and LinkedIn (Notion is a plus).

Working conditions:
Fully remote.
Full-time position.
Monday–Friday.
Working hours: 11:00–19:30 (Kyiv time).
Monthly salary: USD 800.
One-month probation period.
Salary review after 12 months based on performance.
