Operations Coordinator (Vending Machine Operations)
Job Description
Frostie Pte. Ltd. operates automated soft serve vending machines across Singapore. We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Operations Coordinator to support the daily servicing, replenishment, maintenance and smooth operation of our machines.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine machine servicing, cleaning, sanitising and operational checks.
- Replenish ingredients, cups, toppings and other consumables.
- Transport stock, cleaning supplies and equipment between locations.
- Assist with machine setup, deployment and basic troubleshooting.
- Follow servicing schedules and maintain accurate service and stock records.
- Respond to operational issues when required.
- Communicate professionally with site personnel and customers.
Requirements
- Comfortable performing hands-on work and travelling between locations.
- Responsible, punctual and able to work independently.
- Possess a valid motorcycle licence.
- Have regular access to a motorcycle suitable for carrying work supplies.
- Able to safely carry and transport stock and consumables.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp and mobile applications for work reporting.
- Experience in vending operations, F&B, delivery, servicing or maintenance is an advantage.
