Operations Director Definition: Responsible for overseeing, maintaining, and improving systems and processes that drive operational performance throughout the organization.
Operations Director Roles/Responsibilities:
- Responsible for taking active ownership of assigned responsibilities above a shift level.
- Responsible for actively participating in leadership meetings and providing feedback and solutions to problems that are consistently arising.
- Responsible for creating actionable, positive change in the organization.
- Responsible for assisting with and taking part in the growth and development of others.
- Responsible for creating plans including, but not limited to, budgeting plans, proposal plans, or any other miscellaneous plans.
