Operations & Discipline Support Staff
Job Description
- Support the Discipline Team in managing student discipline.
- Conduct house visits and follow up with parents.
- Supervise students under in-house detention and students requiring support.
- Patrol school premises and monitor student behaviour and safety.
- Assist with case management for at-risk students.
- Conduct student incident investigations and prepare reports.
- Conduct spot-checks on students’ attire, hair and general appearance.
- Support discipline during school activities and functions.
- Supervise and engage students with additional needs.
- Participate in student management meetings.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the school
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in enforcement agencies.
- Able to communicate, read and write incident reports in English.
- Experience in case management and student discipline is preferred.
- Able to work with young students and build good rapport with students and school staff.
- Primary school and student management experience will be an advantage.
- Service-oriented, meticulous and able to meet deadlines.
- Basic MicrosoftOffice and ICT skills, including data entry and incident logging
