Operations – Electrical Engineering Technician I
ABNL Limited is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Technician to support field electrical maintenance activities and electrical isolation procedures for lighting, air conditioning, and motor maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify and issue electrical work permits to contractors.
- Supervise contractors and ensure safe work practices.
- Participate in Job Safety Analysis (JSA) reviews with contractors.
- Ensure work starts as scheduled and escalate unresolved issues to the First Line Supervisor (FLS).
- Monitor contractors’ work quality to ensure compliance with Maintenance Procedure & Practice (MPP).
- Provide daily progress updates to the FLS and planner.
- Obtain FLS approval before implementing changes.
- Verify and accept completed work.
- Support electrical isolation activities, including Lock Out/Tag Out (LOTO).
Requirements
- Previous experience in a closely related position.
- Relevant technical certification(s) or equivalent professional experience.
- Effective communication and field reporting skills.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
