Operations Engineer

Introduction & Summary:
This role necessitates a proficient Operations Engineer to ensure operational stability, integrity, and availability of products & services.

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure the operational stability, integrity, and availability of products & services supported by the team.

• Ensure compliance with relevant Service Management Standards, maintaining high data quality in Service Management systems.

• Provide support in identifying and resolving all incidents associated with the IT service.

• Communicate directly with stakeholders about issues found, impacts, expectations, and upcoming changes.

• Ensure service resilience and recovery time objectives are met for all software solutions.

• Deliver engineering changes to infrastructure with a focus on customer/user experience.

• Develop and deploy infrastructure changes to meet performance, availability, security, and resilience requirements.

• Drive automation, continuous integration, and maintain high availability through system monitoring.

• Establish a digital environment to ensure predictable high quality code and data.

• Support local initiatives and mandatory testing where applicable.

• Keep up-to-date with GO&A Technologies.

Key Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in an engineering position

• Proficient English

• Experience in incident and change management

• JIRA

• T-SQL/SQL

• Linux

• Bash

Nice to Have:

• Smart Forms Designer or Kofax

• Venafi – Certificate management

• JavaScript

• French language would be an advantage

• DevOps knowledge
