We are looking for a high-caliber Operations & Engineering Manager with a strong background in mechanical design and production management. You will be responsible for the technical integrity of our hardware portfolio, managing regional technical operations, and leading across-functional team to deliver high-quality integrated solutions. You will act as the primary technical authority for our regional partners and oversee the transition of complex products from wholesale to market-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Operations Leadership: Direct regional engineering activities, ensuring high standards of technical support and hardware integration for IT and automation hardware.

Production& Quality Control: Establish and maintain high-traceability documentation and quality compliance standards for all hardware passing through our Singapore hub.

Mechanical& Electromechanical Support: Lead root-cause investigations into hardware failures and collaborate with global manufacturers to implement design improvements.

Lifecycle Management: Manage internal workflows for hardware testing, assembly, and3D printing/prototyping to facilitate rapid response to client needs.

Team Management: Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and operational efficiency in a high-growth environment.

Strategic Vendor Liaison: Coordinate with manufacturers to validate prototypes and ensure production scalability for regional hardware deployments.

Qualifications:

• Education: MSc in Mechanical Engineering (from a reputable institution).

• Experience:2+ years of experience in robotics engineering, production management, or hardware operations leadership.

• Technical Skills:

• Design: Expert in CAD tools (SolidWorks/AutoCAD) and Design for Manufacturing (DFM).

• Systems: Strong understanding of electromechanical integration and autonomous systems.

• Operations: Proven ability to manage production setups and global/regional deployment cycles.

• Competencies: High-level problem-solving skills, experience with preventive maintenance frameworks, and a track record of leading international engineering teams.
