Operations Executive (Fleet Management/Travel)
Summary
Coordinate travel logistics for a sales team, including flights, hotels, and transport, while managing vendor relationships and ensuring policy compliance.
As an Operations Executive, you will be instrumental in handling the daily operations of our overland team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the seamless execution of all travel-related services in alignment with company standards, thereby enhancing the overall customer experience.
Working Hours:
Schedule : 5 days per week, 08:45 AM to 06:15 PM **(The position is primarily office-based, with regular attendance at travel events, industry gatherings, and familiarization trips. The work schedule may include evenings, weekends, and public holidays as necessary to meet operational needs.)

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage travel arrangements for the sales team, including flights, accommodation, transportation, car rentals, and related travel services. Maintain strong knowledge of travel products and services to ensure bookings meet operational and business requirements.
Build and maintain positive relationships with travel suppliers and vendors, while negotiating competitive rates and service agreements to achieve cost-effective and quality solutions.
Ensure compliance with travel regulations, company policies, and health and safety requirements. Keep updated on industry regulations and implement necessary operational changes when required.
Deliver excellent customer service by responding promptly to stakeholder enquiries, resolving travel-related issues effectively, and handling complaints professionally to achieve satisfactory outcomes.
Monitor travel industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for process improvements and business growth.
Develop, review, and implement travel policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and ensure compliance across the team.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the company.
Position Requirements
Experience in travel planning and familiarity in travel booking systems and software would be advantageous.
