Operations Executive for the warehouse

We need someone to support ongoing operations and ensure continuity across our distribution network.

Key Responsibilities

• Centrally manage and monitor distributed warehouse operations across multiple locations.
  

• Establish, enforce, and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehousing and distribution.
  

• Coordinate with warehouse managers and supervisors to align daily operations with company goals.
  

• Analyze inventory, throughput, accuracy, and fulfillment metrics across all warehouses.
  

• Identify operational gaps and lead process improvements to optimize cost, space, and labor.
  

• Oversee inventory planning and control, ensuring accuracy and availability across the network.
  

• Support training, performance management, and capability development of warehouse teams.
  

• Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, and transportation teams to improve service levels.
  

• Manage resource planning, scheduling, and workload balancing across locations.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience managing multi-location or distributed warehouse operations.
  

• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control practices.
  

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting, data analysis, and performance tracking.
  

• Ability to interpret operational data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
  

• Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  

• Proven ability to work at both strategic (central oversight) and operational (ground-level) perspectives.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in supply chain, logistics, or operations management.
  

• Experience standardizing processes across geographically dispersed facilities.
  

• Exposure to KPI-driven warehouse performance management.
