Operations Executive (Freight Forwarding)
Salary: $2500 - $3000
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Working Timing: 8.30am – 5.30pm
Working Location: Changi Logistics Centre (Loyang)
Job Scope:
- To handle documentation for all shipments and plan for collection/delivery in order to meet cut-off timing.
- Preparing and processing of shipments
- Follow-up with customers on shipment status, building good customer relationship and assist on customers’ request.
- Maintain regular contact/rapport in understanding and forecasting customer's requirements.
- Responsible to close all job files promptly to meet month end closing of accounts.
Requirements
- Diploma / ITE preferably in Logistics / Supply Chain / Operations Management
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in freight forwarding
- Knowledge of Sysfreight will be an added advantage.
