Salary

SGD 2,600 – SGD 3,400 (commensurate with qualifications and experience)

Working Hours

5.5-Day Work Week

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

  • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Team Management

  • Coordinate and deploy cleaning staff across various client sites.

  • Prepare work schedules, monitor attendance, and manage roster changes.

  • Assist with onboarding and training of new cleaning staff on work procedures and safety practices.

Site Operations

  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure service quality meets company and client expectations.

  • Provide operational support and assist with site coverage when required due to manpower shortages or urgent operational needs.

  • Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are properly maintained at assigned sites.

Client Coordination

  • Liaise with clients on operational matters and respond promptly to service-related enquiries.

  • Coordinate schedule changes and operational requirements with clients and internal teams.

  • Build and maintain positive client relationships through effective communication and service delivery.

Administrative Support

  • Verify attendance records, overtime claims, and timesheets for payroll processing.

  • Maintain operational records, inventory reports, and other administrative documentation.

  • Prepare basic operational and incident reports as required.

Requirements

  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, email, and mobile applications).

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Able to work independently as well as in a team.

  • Responsible, proactive, and willing to work in a fast-paced operational environment.

  • Willing to travel to different client sites when required.
